How do I know which wetsuit size to order?
We provide detailed size charts on every product page. For the most accurate fit, measure your height, weight, and chest circumference while wearing your swim kit. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for comfort or down for a performance fit.
What is your return policy on used gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, swimwear and nutrition products cannot be returned once opened. Technical apparel must have all original tags attached.
Do you offer international shipping for bulky items like bikes?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Bulky items like bikes and indoor trainers are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive safely. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can also track your status directly through your account dashboard on our site.
Are the supplements and nutrition products batch-tested?
We prioritize athlete safety. Most of our nutrition brands are Informed-Sport or NSF Certified for Sport. Please check the specific product description for individual testing certifications.
