At Triathlete Store, we understand that finding the perfect fit for your swim, bike, and run needs is essential. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the gear you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure that technical apparel and wetsuits have not been used in water.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
